Most master plans of house dwellings did not have the provision or requirement for tree planting especially for office,market areas and residential areas of the poor masses.
Most of the city plans worldwide do not have any provision for empty land marks or spaces which could have been used as spaces to grow shrubs or trees which can be used to bring back ecosystems and natural cooling. Even most architecture master plans today have a sparing appreciation for eco friendly homes.
Modern day architects are not building plans that promote symbiosis between urban and natural environments. There is need to promote ecological architecture symbiosis just like the hanging garden towers of ancient Babylon.
